Jordanelle Triathlon.

We did it. This was Ryan's first tri, and my third. Ryan got 4th place in his age division (missing 3rd place by 25 seconds). Amazing..

we rested for a while after and ate lots of oranges.

3rd tri- here I am. I always think about my cousin Lisa that passed away last October when I am doing triathlons... Notice my shoes... they were hers... She was there with me.

1/2 mile swim: 21 minutes

14.5 mile bike ride: 1 hour, 1 minute

3.1 mile run: 31 minutes

Total time: 1 hour, 59 minutes. (almost better than Tempe! but not quite...)

I honestly couldn't believe it when I saw Ryan already done cheering me on with his dad on the side lines...
4th place! in his age division. Amazing. Finished: 1 hour, 32 minutes.

1/2 mile swim- 17 minutes

14 1/2 mile bike ride- 45 minutes

3.1 mile run- 24 minutes

It was SO MUCH FUN doing a triathlon with my best friend.
