ok. this is my face of disappointment. I didn't win any personal records... and almost got last place (BUT DIDN'T) in my age division... due to a lot of bad luck... (wet suit coming unzipped and not being able to fix it on my swim, flat tire, throwing up... [sorry] ) ... so that's what I blame it on. and this one just happened to be a lot harder for me than Tempe was. Biking is my hardest thing. A lot of it was uphill. and I swear that swim was more than a half a mile...

final time: 2 hours, 11 minutes. Swim: 28 minutes (yikes...) half mile.
Bike: 59 minutes (EVEN MORE YIKES) 13.5 miles.
Run: 35 minutes... Wow. that's just sad... but I was tired. 3.1 miles.
