I have another job.

I officially am a CNA now. I am still in a business culture shock. I have been in construction for the last 5 1/2 years of my life... and now I'm walking into nursing. I passed the written part of state boards, and now I have the skills portion of state boards today. Wish me luck..

this job is SO DIFFERENT than what I'm used to. BUT. I am getting used to it. It has been SO stressful and a bit scary at times... but it's good.

I feel good at the end of the day knowing I have helped someone.

I'm kind of worn out though, already, and my back hurts. I'm lifting with my legs... but my back still hurts at the end of the day. I am sick of studying. Summer school.. then state boards... and then the real semester starts next week. YUCK!

my Sister is probably more sick of studying than I am though... She has been preparing for one of the most important tests in her life. She's been preparing for this test for over a year. You see, she is a smarty pants. She's in a P.h.D. program in NYC- and this test determines her future. She has to know 2000 images, artist, style, medium, location, and 3 significant facts about each painting, and she's been working out of 3 art history books. We are so proud of her. Wish her luck. She has 10 days until her test. love her!
