CNA

So this is my CNA class at the DATC. My 40 year old friend Andy went to Spain 20 years ago for the marines or army or something. Many conversations have been about Spain. Then I started talking about Mexican (or Spanish) Coke in glass bottles. And he brought up Mexican Sprite. And neither one of us had had what the other was talking about. So we made a trade. He brought me a Mexican Sprite, and I brought him a Mexican Coke. And he gave me Takis, which were kinda weird... but not bad. So that was kind of awesome. In this picture is our friend George. We have all been taking each other's blood pressures, temperatures, respirations, and working side by side studiously in our workbooks and studying. It's actually quite fun. I only have 10 more days of class. Then clinicals start on February 4th, where I get to follow a nurse around a long term health care facility. I'm excited, and kind of scared. And then I take the state board on or before February 25th. Wish me luck!
