Back in the Swing

Loved having Sister, Dan, and Maude spend all of 3 weeks with us, although it seemed much shorter. I was sad to see them go, and to take this sign off.
Loved finding Maude in all of her hiding spots
This was one of her favorite spots here, as she watched Gunther as he was locked in the den...
And I went back to work. And watched Nick throw away our Christmas tree.

And I started school again at Weber. I'm only taking 2 classes, but they are going to be HARD!!! So I still feel like it's a full load. I'm in anatomy and physiology. I do like the classes, but A LOT of time will be put into these classes. Each one of them have labs associated with them. I also had my first encounter with cadavers.... which was ... weird. I wasn't grossed out, but it was just weird. There they were, two dead people all cut open inches away from me... the only thing that was bad about it though is the smell... And I'm still working away at the DATC 4 nights a week, 3 hours a night. In that, tonight I learned how to use a stethoscope and take blood pressure. I also bought another pair of scrubs which felt kind of awesome. I'm always kind of sad to see family leave and the holidays go... but I have been waiting for the year 2010 for A LONG time. 2009 flew. And most of 2008 went by super slow for me. Anyway. Hope you have all enjoyed getting back in the swing of things.
