I love being in the triathlon club, and having a triathlon class every Tuesday and Thursday. It's a great way to stay in shape. I love racing too. Triathlon #6- check.
Spencer Storey got 1st place in his age group from Weber State! Represent!
me, Spencer, and Paul, a professor at WSU. Paul was Ryan's athletic trainer for tennis, and now has him as a professor for his emergency response class. It's pretty cool to have a professor that is more of a friend to us than a professor. These two kick trash! Holy cow. they are SO fast. Who runs a 7 minute mile IN A TRIATHLON after you've SWAM AND BIKED... UP A HILL???? Wow. They do. I had a 7 minute mile in high school, and i'm trying to work back down to that... but in a triathlon?? Wow. I have some work to do.
I did finish though, so I guess that's cool.
these mornings are always fun. I wish ryan could have come with us.
